This True TSID-48-2 2 door, single duty refrigerated deli case has 2 adjustable, vinyl coated wire shelves. It uses an oversized (134A) gravity coil refrigeration system to hold temperatures between 38 degrees and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. The exterior of the True TSID-48-2 is made of a permanent, non-peel-or-chip, white, laminated vinyl and the top is stainless steel. The interior has NSF-approved, white, vinyl-coated aluminum sides and top, with a 300-series stainless steel floor and coved corners. The True TSID-48-2 has self-closing doors, which preserves interior humidity. It has fluorescent lamps that are low UV-emitting, to help enhance in the color in red meats. The True TSID-48-2 is also made of thermal glass that gives an extra large viewing area, and is slanted to minimize reflections from overhead lighting. Its overall size is 48 1/2"W x 29 1/4"D x 50 7/16"H
