This meat tenderizer has a lower profile with cut outs so meat can be inserted closer to the blade and the plastic guides help to guide the meat into the knives for easier and faster operation. The interlock system on this unit helps to make this tenderizer safe while operating, if the guard or motor housing are not in place the feed will not run. The burnished aluminum housing and the lift out unit frame make cleaning this meat tenderizer quick and easy. The Hobart 403-1 Meat Tenderizer is UL listed and NSF approved.
