Well, here it is, the top of the line (of the 2000 series, at least), end all be all, automatic meat slicer from Hobart. Let's have an awed silence for...THE HOBART 2912!!
In all seriousness, though, this really is quite a nice slicer. Not only is it an automatic slicer, but it has 6 slicing speeds to choose from. It's surfaces have been treated with Microban to help control any bacteria build up. The list of features on this slicer is astounding. Plus, you have the hallowed Hobart name to back it all.
