The energy-efficient refrigeration system in the True TUC-44D-2-HC deep undercounter refrigerator has guided airflow that evenly moves cold air to provide uniform product temperatures. Its electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors provide motor reliability and reduce energy consumption by producing less heat. Environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant is used by the self-contained, factory-engineered capillary tube system to maintain cold temperatures. To suit different applications, the operator can set the temperature at a specific level between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. If there is an issue with the condensing unit, it is accessible behind the front grille for maintenance.

To keep the condensing coil clean and subsequently optimize performance, the compressor's fan motor reverses for 20 seconds each time it starts up to blow away built-up dust or debris. When used alongside regular preventive maintenance, this function reduces energy consumption and lengthens the unit's lifespan.

The True TUC-44D-2-HC deep undercounter refrigerator's drawers can each accommodate two 12-inch by 20-inch by 8-inch food pans. If divider bars are added, then the drawers can support a variety of incremental pan size configurations. The interior is made of durable aluminum and clear coated to simplify cleaning. The heavy-duty, stainless steel floor has coved corners to eliminate debris-trapping crevices.

Deep Undercounter Refrigerator, 33 - 38°F, side mounted self-contained refrigeration, (2) drawers each, accommodates (2) 12" x 20" x 8" pan (NOT included), stainless steel top & sides, aluminum interior with stainless steel floor, R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, 1/10 HP, 115v/60/1-ph, 1.7 amps, NEMA 5-15P, cULus, UL EPH Classified

Founded in 1948 by World War II veteran Bob Trulaske, True refrigeration got its start creating bottle coolers out of downtown St. Louis warehouse, but the brand has grown into one of the largest players in the global commercial refrigeration market. Known for reliable and sanitary commercial refrigerators, the family-owned business primarily creates refrigerators out of its O'Fallon, Mo., headquarters.
