The Alpha AGF-65NG is a 75-80 lb. oil capacity natural gas commercial floor fryer, and it uses a 5-tube heat exchanger design for fast temperature recovery and a large cold zone. Each tube burner of the AGF-65NG is 30,000 BTUs; total BTUs for the fryer is 150,000 BTUs. A millivolt snap-action thermostat controls the AGF-65NG's temperature, and it has an operating temperature range of 200-400 degrees Fahrenheit. The fry pot of the AGF-65NG is pressure blasted during construction for a smoother finish, making it easier to clean. The exterior cabinet has a stainless steel front and galvanized sides and back, and adjustable 6" stainless steel legs. The fryer includes two nickel-plated fry baskets and a drain pipe.
