Alpha AGR-36 Gas Restaurant Range 6-Burner 36″ with Standard Oven
The Alpha AGR-36 is a commercial 36-inch wide gas restaurant range with six open top burners. Each has individual standing pilots and 12″ x 12″ heavy-duty cast-iron grates that lift off for cleaning. The standard oven of the AGR-36 features a porcelain-enameled hearth, sides, and interior oven door. It includes two oven racks and has three rack positions. The exterior of the ARG-36 restaurant range has a stainless steel front, back riser, and shelf that lifts off. It also has a full-size pullout crumb tray, metal knobs, and adjustable 6″ stainless steel legs. Casters are also included for added mobility. Top burners of the AGR-36 are 30,000 BTUs each, and the oven 33,000 BTUs when using natural gas. The AGR-36 includes a gas conversion kit to change the gas source from natural gas (NG) to liquid propane (LP) gas. Only an authorized Alpha service agent should perform gas conversions.

Burners: Natural Gas – 30,000 BTUs each, Liquid Propane – 27,000 BTUs each
Oven: Natural Gas – 33,000 BTUs each, Liquid Propane – 28,000 BTUs each
Total BTUs: Natural Gas – 213,000, Liquid Propane – 190,000

Parts and Labor: Alpha warrants all new cooking products to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal and proper use for a period of 1 year from the original purchase date.
The Alpha AGR-36 restaurant range is CSA Sanitation NSF/ANSI 4 certified for food service applications, CSA Star certified for gas-fired equipment in the U.S., and CSA Blue Flame certified for gas-fired equipment in Canada.
