The Alpha APP67 pizza prep table has two solid doors with a recessed handles that self-close and remain open at 90 degrees. It includes magnetic door gaskets that is replaceable without tools. The exterior cabinet is 430 stainless steel, includes 4" heavy-duty casters with locking brakes, and has a 17.7" deep polyethylene cutting board that runs the unit's full length. The interior cabinet made of 304 stainless comes with two adjustable heavy-duty epoxy coated wire shelves and nine 1/3-size x 4" deep food pans. The controls of the APP67 use an electronic thermostat with auto defrost, auto evaporation, and a digital LED temperature display for easy reading and accurate control. The operating temperature range of the APP67 is 33 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit, and it uses CFC-free R-290 refrigerant and foam insulation.
