Hobart model D340 is a 40 quart floor mixer. It features a 1-1/2 horsepower motor that is meant for heavy operations. The D340 has a built-in 15-minute electromechanical timer. It uses a gear-driven transmission with (3) fixed speeds and has a manually driven hand crank bowl lift that self-locks in any position. The Hobart model D340 is also equipped with a front-mounted standard #12 taper attachment hub.

Comes with stainless steel bowl & a hook.
