This unit's 1 in. thick, highly polished steel griddle plate is able to reach a wide range of temperatures which can be controlled by adjusting the thermostatic controls. To prevent any build up from accumulating on the surface of this griddle, a 3 in. wide grease trough has been included to collect any excess grease.
