Thanks to its mega top design, this True TSSU-72-30M-B-ST 3 door prep refrigerator lets you hold more ingredient pans than a standard model, boosting productivity on your prep line! This unit boasts an 8 7/8" deep polyethylene cutting board for plenty of prep space, and it is also removable for easy cleaning. Its refrigerated top section comes standard with (30) 1/6 size, 4" deep pans to house all of your most-used ingredients, and to lock in freshness when not in use, this model also features foam insulated lids and hoods. (6) adjustable PVC coated wire shelves let you easily organize other ingredients in the refrigerated cabinet.
