The team at City food saved the day when one of my fryers went down during the afternoon rush. They had one delivered to me within a few hours. The young men that delivered my new fryer were very courteous and knowledgeable of the product. Sales team, management and the delivery team, thank you again for your quick response, patience and understanding during one of my most difficult times! City Food Equipment saved the day!!
If you are in the market for restaurant equipment or supplies City is the place!!! Ryan the Customer rep was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and terrific customer service!! The owner Dean was very accommodating and runs a first-class operation!! We will definitely recommend CITY to all our friends!

Purchased a large commercial refrigerator. Website was easy to navigate and made the buying experience easy. Answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Tracking information with updates and delivered on-time. Overall, a positive experience with great customer service.
Great experience shopping at City Food! The staff was super friendly & helpful, the store was clean, and the variety of items sold was impressive. Will happily shop here again and again!
Has stuff for cooking for one cooking to 50 pots the size of your bathroom toilet or the size of a tea kettle they have all sorts of stuff that comes in handy at home which is usually cannot find unless you are at a restaurant and they will not sell it to you
Purchased a pre-owned Hobart slicer in August for a new restaurant. Didn't get to install it until December when I noticed it was missing a slide bar assembly. I contacted the company and they agreed to send one free of charge.
Happy customer! Impressed with this business and never had a bad experience. They are the experts. Store and warehouse are organized and clean. The owner and his staff are friendly and very helpful.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting City Food Equipment and I must say, their customer service truly impressed me. Despite arriving at the very last minute before closing time with a small issue regarding my blender's jar blade, they went above and beyond to fix it for me without charging anything for there service. Their dedication to helping customers, even in tight situations, is commendable. I highly recommend City Food Equipment for their excellent service and genuine care for their customers' needs.
Picked up items sold at auction. Friendly employees, helpful, all went well.
