Operators can control the Curtis D1000GT12A00 twin coffee brewer with its bright LCD display. Settings for temperature, time, and volume can be adjusted by scrolling through menus and changing them one by one. Other controls include pre-infusion, which results in fuller extraction, and pulse brew, which changes how long grounds are exposed to water.

The Curtis D1000GT12A00 coffee maker has a cold-brew lockout to specify the minimum brewing temperature. For quick operation, employees can choose one of the preset brewing options. To protect settings from tampering, operators will need to enter a passcode before making changes. This unit has separately operating brew heads, enabling two kinds of coffee to be made at once.
