Equipex 400ED 15 3/4" Double Crepe Maker w/ Cast Iron Plates, 240v/1ph

Assembled from the factory, this Equipex 400ED double crepe maker has cast iron plates that are equipped with a protective enamel finish. A batter spreader comes with this electrically powered unit, and users can thermostatically control the equipment, setting it as high as 570 degrees Fahrenheit. To keep the operators aware, this unit has one set of orange and green indicator lights per control. The plastic exterior's protective film must be removed before operation.
