The AccuTemp E62403E110SGL Evolution® boilerless convection steamer utilizes Steam Vector Technology® to generate consistent steam without moving parts. Designed to accommodate six 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch deep pans, this unit features digital controls with a temperature display and an independent programmable timer for precise operation. Its heavy-duty, field-reversible door provides flexibility, and it can be opened at any time during cooking. Using less than 1¹/₂ gallons of water per hour, it eliminates the need for filtration.

AccuTemp's E62403E110SGL convection steamer includes a reinforced stainless steel cavity and a front-mounted drain valve for efficient water management. The dishwasher-safe pan racks, steam collector, distributor panels, and condensate tray simplify cleaning. Automatic altitude compensation adapts the unit for various locations, while a service access panel facilitates maintenance. Indicator lights for low water, high water, and overtemperature conditions enhance user awareness. This unit includes a 5-foot power cord and requires a dedicated receptacle.
