Digital controls ensure precise adjustments. Measuring 27 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 649/10 inches high, the unit requires both water and drain connections for proper functionality. Each compartment accommodates six 12-inch by 20-inch by 21/2-inch deep pans, maximizing capacity for high-output operations. Powered by liquid propane, this steamer operates at 60,000 BTU. No water filtration is needed, reducing maintenance requirements.
