Its multi-use design can be incorporated into self-service or cafeteria-style dining. For durability in fast-paced operations, it's made of sturdy tempered glass with stainless steel posts. To facilitate thorough cleaning, its front is rotatable, and the top shelf supports 100 pounds of evenly distributed weight.
