To protect food from outside elements, the Advance Tabco DSG-15S-120 Sleek Shield™ multi-use food shields' front glass can be adjusted in three different positions. The Chamber Lock® mechanism permits users to lock the front glass into a fully extended position, a front-shelf position, or a self-serve position. Rotating the glass by 15-degree intervals, users can reach every sections for even cleaning. The front glass and 18-inch-wide glass side panels are heat tempered to endure hot air. On top of the front panel, a stainless steel shelf is polished to a satin finish to ease cleaning. This shelf works well for supporting displays, additional food products, and utensils or condiments. Able to be mounted onto a countertop, this unit measures 120 inches wide by 15 inches deep by 18 inches high.
