To maximize applications, the Advance Tabco DSG-18S-72 Sleek Shield™ food shield's front glass is multi-use. Using Chamber Lock™ technology, this glass can be fixed in three different positions to support cafeteria use and self-serve operations. Measuring ³/₈ of an inch thick, its clear material provides a direct view of contents. It also has two side glass panels; all this unit's glass components are heat tempered to reduce the risk of breakage when exposed to hot air.

The Advance Tabco DSG-18S-72 multi-use food shield's top shelf is made of stainless steel and polished to a satin finish for easy cleaning. Good for displaying decorations, utensils, condiments, and additional food options, it measures 72 inches wide and is ³/₈ of an inch thick. Overall, this unit has a 72-inch-wide by 18-inch-deep by 18-inch-high structure and fits a similarly sized countertop.
