The Advance Tabco FMSLAG-246-X work table is 72 inches long by 24 inches wide and has a stainless steel top. This material is corrosion-resistant 304 series 16-gauge steel, which is thinner than 14 gauge but thicker than 18 gauge. Its sound-proof top reduces the amount of noise staff can produce on the unit during prep.

On the top of the Advance Tabco FMSLAG-246-X work table, a rear upturn restricts messes, the rolled front edge reduces sharpness, and the square sides sit flush against other surfaces. Galvanized hat channels run under the top to reinforce it. This table has stainless steel legs with adjustable bullet feet to accommodate for uneven surfaces.
