Measuring 96 inches long by 24 inches wide, the Advance Tabco FMSLAG-248-X work table is perfect for high-volume prepping. Six legs support and elevate it to a comfortable working height. Its 16-gauge steel top is thicker than the 18-gauge undershelf and is durable for ingredient prepping. This 304 series steel unit is 8 percent nickel, which resists corrosion from acidic or salty foods. The top of the work table has a rolled front edge that protects employees and square sides that line up flush against walls. At the rear, an upturn edge catches spills and leaks to keep the wall clean.
