Offering 10¹/₂ inches of space between the table and the bottom of the glass, the Advance Tabco GSG-12-120 self-service food shield features a glass front that can be rotated in 15-degree intervals. Chamber Lock™ technology further supports specific establishment applications. This unit's front, side panels, and top shelf are made of heat-tempered glass to resist breaking when exposed to hot air; their clear material provides a direct view into steam table pans. The top shelf can hold 100 pounds of evenly distributed product, so it's good for displaying frequently used items, such as condiments and utensils. Overall, this 120-inch-wide by 12-inch-deep by 18-inch-high unit is supported by stainless steel legs, and an extra center support leg is included.
