For strength and a clear view of served food, its side panels, front, and top shelf are constructed of heat-tempered glass, and its Chamber Lock™ technology enables operators to adjust the front glass in 15-degree intervals. The top shelf supports as much as 100 pounds of evenly distributed weight to store dishware, utensils, and other materials. This unit measures 60 inches wide by 12 inches deep by 18 inches high overall.
