Their clear material provides a direct view of food displays, and the front glass is locked in a self-service structure that provides ample room for users to plate foods. This glass can be rotated in 15-degree intervals with Chamber Lock™ to support specific accessibility needs. Supported by stainless steel posts, this 120-inch-wide by 18-inch-deep by 18-inch-high structure can be attached to a countertop or buffet table and includes a glass top shelf that holds as much as 100 pounds.
