Good for catering events or hotel dining applications, the Advance Tabco GSG-18-36 Sleek Shield™ measures 36 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 18 inches high. To protect displayed foods from contamination, the front glass is positioned in a serve-service structure that allows users to easily plate their food. To support changing inventory and accessibility, the front glass can be moved in 15-degree intervals with Chamber Lock™ technology. Resisting breaking when exposed to hot air from food displays, the unit's front, sides, and top are made of heat-tempered glass, while the top doubles as a shelf with a 100-lb. capacity. For stabilization, it's supported by four stainless steel posts.
