The Advance Tabco GSG-18-48 food shield has a glass top that can accommodate 100 pounds, providing storage space for dishes and utensils on a buffet line. The glass is heat tempered for strength, while upright legs stabilize the shield on a countertop. To streamline cleaning, the front glass rotates in 15-degree intervals and can be adjusted depending on need. Protecting product from contamination, the side panels are 18 inches tall. This unit is designed for self-service use and measures 48 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 18 inches high overall.
