Food only can be accessed from one side to reduce the risk of contamination; for further protection, the glass sides are 18 inches tall. For utensil and napkin storage, the top shelf can accommodate 100 pounds. Chamber Lock™ technology makes it simple to rotate and adjust the front glass, enabling users to access all components for cleaning purposes. This unit measures 120 inches wide by 12 inches deep by 18 inches high, overall.
