The Advance Tabco GSGC-12-144 cafeteria-style food shield's glass components are heat tempered for strength, while the side glass panels are ¹/₄ of an inch thick to protect product from contamination. Great for holding condiments, napkins, and utensils, the ³/₈-inch-thick top has a maximum capacity of 100 pounds. With this shield, food only is accessible from one side; to stabilize the shield above product, it's fitted with upright legs and an additional center support leg.
