The Advance Tabco GSGC-15-108 food shield is positioned on upright legs with an additional support leg in the center that reduces tipping or wobbling. Open on one side, employees can retrieve food while the other side protects items from contamination. To add protection, the ¹/₄-inch-thick side panels are 15 inches deep to reach the countertop on which the unit rests. Its top shelf features a 100-pound capacity, and the glass is heat tempered for durability. For cafeteria-style use, this unit measures 108 inches wide by 15 inches deep by 18 inches high.
