Accommodating as much as 100 pounds, the Advance Tabco GSGC-15-120 food shield's glass top shelf can be used to hold utensils, condiments, and napkins for customer use. It's designed for cafeteria-style applications with only one open side, offering protection from contamination in customer-accessible areas. It measures 120 inches wide by 15 inches deep by 18 inches high, and its glass components are heat tempered to enhance their strength. Using Chamber Lock™ technology, the glass can be rotated and adjusted as needed.
