To withstand heat from displayed foods, the Advance Tabco GSGC-15-72 Sleek Shield™ food shield's top, side panels, and front have a durable, heat-tempered construction. Supported by four rigid stainless steel legs, the 72-inch-wide by 15-inch-deep by 18-inch-high unit is designed for countertop installation. The front glass leaves a 1¹/₂-inch gap from the top of the table to protect foods from contaminants, and it can be adjusted in 15-degree increments as needed with Chamber Lock™ technology. On top of the unit, the ³/₈-inch glass top has a 100-pound capacity that's great for storing dishware, utensils, and additional food options.
