Supported by stainless steel and an additional center support leg, the Advance Tabco GSGC-18-144 Sleek Shield™ food shield can be implemented on a countertop, steam table, or buffet line. Measuring 144 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 18 inches tall, the shield's top, front, and panels are made of heat-tempered glass for durability. This clear material is easy to see through, and the front glass extends to the top of the table to protect food from airborne particulates. It can be moved in 15-degree increments with Chamber Lock™ technology, which is integrated into its legs to support specific needs. A ³/₈-inch-thick top shelf on the unit supports as much as 100 pounds, making it a good storage option for dishes, utensils, and decorations.
