The Advance Tabco GSGC-18-84 cafeteria-style food shield has one closed side and 18-inch-tall side panels to protect food from contamination, and the other side is open to enable access for employees. Its top shelf accommodates 100 pounds of napkins, utensils, or condiments, holding them within a customer's reach. For strength, the glass is heat tempered; it can be rotated in 15-degree intervals and locked in place using Chamber Lock™ technology. For countertop stability, it's positioned on upright legs. Overall, this unit measures 84 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 18 inches high.
