Supported by durable stainless steel posts, the Advance Tabco Sleek Shield™ food shield can be mounted on a buffet line, steam pan table, or countertop. Featuring a double-tier design to support high-volume applications, a stainless steel shelf is integrated on each level to hold additional products, utensils, and dishware for customers. The unit's front and side panels are made of heat-tempered glass€”a break-resistant material that disperses into small, safe chunks if it does happen to break. This reduces the risk of injury compared to large, sharp shards that come from untempered glass. The front glasses' self-service structure provides ample space for users to plate their own foods and can be adjusted in 15-degree intervals with Chamber Lock™ technology integrated into the unit's uprights. Overall, this unit measures 72 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 34 inches high.
