Measuring 72 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 19¹/₄ inches high, the Advance Tabco NSG-18-72 Sleek Shield™ food shield is supported by stainless steel posts, which can be implemented on countertops or buffet tables. Its front glass and side glass panels are heat tempered to endure high temperatures without breaking; they help protect foods from airborne particulates by creating a barrier between users and displayed foods. The front glass, which is designed for self-service applications, can be adjusted in 15-degree intervals with Chamber Lock™ technology for specific needs. Its top shelf€”made of stainless steel polished to a satin finish€”can hold additional supplies, such as utensils, condiments, and dishware.
