To protect food from airborne particulate, the Advance Tabco NSG-18-84 food shield includes front glass and side glass panels that measure ¹/₄ of an inch thick. These heat-tempered glass components can resist hot air without breaking to support various foods and steam pans. The front glass€”fixed in a self-service position so users can plate foods comfortably€”is adjustable in 15-degree intervals with Chamber Lock™ technology, which is built on the unit's uprights. Its stainless steel top shelf supports additional items, such as utensils and dishware, and it's polished to a satin finish to streamline cleaning. Overall, this shield measures 84 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 19¹/₄ inches high.
