Using Chamber Lock™ technology, the Advance Tabco NSGC-15-132 cafeteria-style food shield's front glass can be rotated in 15-degree intervals. This offers thorough access to the entire surface, streamlining cleaning. To protect product from potential contamination, it has a ³/₈-inch-thick front glass and ¹/₄-inch-thick side panels; overall, the unit measures 132 inches wide by 15 inches deep by 19¹/₄ inches high. A center support leg and upright legs prohibit wobbling, and because the shield is open on one side, this unit is suited for cafeteria-style use.
