The Advance Tabco SLAG-242 worktable stands around countertop height, so it can look natural beside one. It is made of 430 series, 16-gauge stainless steel; 430 series is made up of 17 percent chromium and 0.12 percent carbon. Its lack of nickel is why it does not resist corrosion well, so staff members can use appliances or set ingredients on its top, as long as they take care to keep food off the surface. Hat channels help support heavy items, and the unit's curved front edge avoids injuring staff members when they reach over it. The Advance Tabco SLAG-242 worktable has an adjustable undershelf for storage that is made of 18-gauge stainless steel. Clamps secure the shelf to the legs and look cleaner than nuts or bolts. Adjustable bullet feet help the unit stand upright.
