Designed with a semi-circular structure, the Advance Tabco SWT-132 table-mounted pot rack fits on the rear mounts of a work table for increased access to cooking pots in prep stations. The rack screws on a table's rear uprights with a gusset-type, set-screw technique, ensuring it'll securely hold as many as 36 pots. Supplied with 18 evenly spaced double-pronged hooks, the rack maximizes storage space since the pot hook design can hold two pots per shelf. Airflow is promoted because it's lifted, reducing moisture buildup. Also, keeping pots away from the prep station and off countertops increases sanitation and meets common health code requirements. To support varying storage needs, the rack adjusts to a maximum height of 84 inches, and this mechanism also prevents entanglement with the Advance Tabco AUR-132 utensil rack, located beneath the pot rack and included with purchase. Constructed of stainless steel to endure daily scratches and scuffs, it's engineered to be a sturdy, long-lasting item for commercial kitchens.
