The Advance Tabco TFMSLAG-245 work table has a worktop surface with a 7-cubic-foot surface area and an open base. The tabletop is constructed of 304 series, 16-gauge stainless steel and is sound deadened to reduce noise production. Since gauges with lower numbers are thicker than higher numbers, this table is durable. The 304 series stainless steel is composed of 8 percent nickel and 18 percent chromium. Since it's made with nickel, it resists corrosion well and can be used with acidic and salty foods.

To reinforce and level the top surface, two galvanized hat channels are welded underneath with welded gussets that support them. Stainless steel legs with adjustable bullet feet ensure the table remains balanced on uneven surfaces. A rolled-rim edge on the front reduces sharpness, and square-end sides enable the table to be placed flush against surfaces. A rear splash prevents leaks and spills from damaging walls. The Advance Tabco TFMSLAG-245 work table is TIG welded, which produces a smooth and precise weld, and polished to match surrounding surfaces. TIG welding is a type of arc welding that uses tungsten electrodes to heat the metal.
