The Continental SW27N-FB worktop refrigerator provides compact refrigeration and a durable workspace, making it ideal for commercial kitchens. Its stainless steel front, top, and end panels resist corrosion and ensure long-lasting use, while the aluminum back and interior add lightweight durability. Designed for energy efficiency, the unit features 2-inch polyurethane foam insulation and a fully enclosed, vented, and removable case back. The 7.4-cubic-foot interior is equipped with one epoxy-coated steel shelf to accommodate a variety of refrigerated items. Its solid self-closing door, polished chrome handle, and Santoprene® magnetic snap-in gasket maintain a secure seal to preserve internal temperatures.

The Continental SW27N-FB refrigerated base is powered by a rear-mounted refrigeration system with front-breathing functionality, allowing flexible placement in confined areas. Using eco-safe R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, it provides efficient and environmentally friendly cooling. Key components, including an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator and a corrosion-resistant plasticized fin evaporator coil, minimize maintenance requirements. Off-cycle defrost prevents frost buildup, while the internal electronic controller enables precise temperature adjustments. Four 3³/₄-inch casters allow smooth mobility, making this unit easy to reposition as needed.
