The Curtis CAFEPC1CS10000 Primo Cappuccino® cappuccino machine's hopper accommodates 7 pounds. It's removable for cleaning, and to further facilitate the process, this unit has a one-touch hot water cleaning system. This unit's door display catches the attention of customers, and it can be changed for customized use. Operating with a 2-gallon water tank, this unit makes as much as 5.3 gallons of product per hour. Designed for countertop use, it has a drip tray that captures splatter to keep the counter clean.

To facilitate use, the Curtis CAFEPC1CS10000 cappuccino maker operates with a touch key control panel. The panel can also be used to adjust the powder-to-water ratio, changing the flavor of coffee depending on preference. Its whipping chamber is angled to efficiently drain liquids, and it operates with a brake-type auger motor to enable portion control.
