Equipped with a 5-gallon tank, the unit can provide 4.5 to 15 gallons of water in an hour, and the operator can adjust the temperature between 140 and 210 degrees Fahrenheit to suit different applications. In the dispenser, aeration keeps the water moving so when it dispenses, it improves tea extraction and food flavor.

On the digital control panel, staff members can adjust the temperature and aeration levels.
