The Delfield 18660BSTMP worktop refrigerator combines a platform for food preparation with door compartments for refrigerated storage. It has a stainless steel exterior with a galvanized steel back and bottom that resist scratches and dents from regular use. Insulation is provided by foamed-in-place, high-density polyurethane to ensure that cold air stays around the stored product. Inside the cabinet, temperatures between 36 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit keep food safe and fresh. Electronic controls enable the operator to adjust the refrigeration system, which is cooled with eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Since the system is side-mounted, it can be placed against walls without restricting air circulation.

The Delfield 18660BSTMP refrigerated work table has one 19-inch door and one 27-inch door, both of which are constructed of stainless steel. Snap-in magnetic gaskets enable the doors to be securely closed, and each door compartment has a removable wire shelf with a corrosion-resistant epoxy coating. Its interior is lined with ABS plastic, and casters facilitate transportation for cleaning or repairs.
