The Duke HTD-BASE-M heat in-base unit is intended for use with hot food and solid top units, though it's not compatible with two-well units. It accommodates four 6-inch-deep, six 4-inch-deep, or (12) 2-inch-deep food pans for versatile product holding, and when it's ordered with a steamtable, an electrical outlet comes installed inside the cabinet. Made of stainless steel, this durable unit resists rust and corrosion.
