The Dynamic MX010.1 MD95 immersion blender can be used in various commercial kitchens to supplement a restaurant's cooking operations with additional blending capability. It has a stainless steel shaft that resists scratching and gouging to increase its service life and protect it during use in a metal bowl or pot.
