The Electrolux Professional 391203 pasta cooker is an electric unit constructed of durable stainless steel for rust and corrosion resistance. The full unit is 1545/64 inches wide by 3512/32 inches deep by 3512/32 inches high and sits on four 2-inch legs. The unit has dial controls for simple operation and includes a door in its base for easy access in the case of maintenance. To drain, baskets of cooked pasta can be pulled out of the well and set on the integrated drip zone.
