The Electrolux Professional 602149 cutter mixer is small, compact unit that measures 13⁷/₁₀ inches wide by 12²/₅ inches deep by 20⁷/₁₀ inches tall. Designed to cut vegetables and fruits into slices, chunks, and shreds, the hopper has a 1³/₁₀-quart capacity and features a side-chute ejector. The side shoot provides enough space to fit a 7³/₄-inch container (not included), helping to save space on countertops. The hopper comes with a 2-millimeter grating disc and 4-millimeter slicing disc that spin at a fixed speed of 1,800 RPM.

The motor in the Electrolux 602149 cutter mixer features a side-discharge design that's controlled using a front-mounted control panel, which features on, off, and a pulse function used to coarsely chop. For added shielding, the control panel is watertight, so it maintains optimal conditions in the event of splatters or use with wet hands. It's installed with a lever pusher for simplified use that supplies uniform cuts, and when the lever pusher is lifted, the vegetable slicer stalls operation. The hopper and chute can both be removed and run through the dishwasher after use.
