Able to spin at 73, 109, 143, and 216 rotations per minute, the Eurodib M60A220ETL planetary mixer can tackle a variety of baking requirements such as mixing cake batter and kneading pizza dough. Its motor utilizes a gear-driven design to stay operational; it can knead as much as 44 pounds of dough at a time. To ensure all products are mixed thoroughly, it has a planetary mixing system, meaning its mixing element circulates along the rim of the bowl to push material to the center and limit wasted dough left on the side of the bowl. Because of its high capacity, it must be hardwired in order to receive the required electricity.

The Eurodib M60A220ETL is a floor model measuring 40 inches long by 24 inches wide by 56 inches tall. Because of this large size, it can support 60-quart-capacity bowls, one of which is included with the unit. This bowl measures 20 inches in diameter by 19 inches tall and is completely made of stainless steel. A wheeled dolly is included to help operators move the large bowl around the kitchen with limited physical strain. For additional support and versatility, the unit also comes with a wire whip, dough hook, and flat beater attachment that can be quickly swapped out.
