Excalibur EXC10EL 10 Tray Countertop Commercial Dehydrator w/ Glass Door

Measuring 17¹/₄ inches wide by 20¹/₂ inches deep by 17 inches high, the Excalibur EXC10EL countertop commercial dehydrator is lightweight and designed for placement on countertops. Its stainless steel construction and glass doors match modern themes, while the glass windows enable products to be monitored as they dehydrate. Designed with a single-zone capacity, this unit includes 10 stainless steel trays and a removable drip tray to contain messes.

The Excalibur EXC10EL countertop commercial dehydrator's temperature can be adjusted between 95 and 165 degrees Fahrenheit using touchscreen controls. To speed up the drying process, this unit is equipped with a 2-time/2-temperature setting, and the timer can be set as high as 99 hours. The dehydrator's 6¹/₂-inch fan and automatic cool down and shut off feature prevent food from overcooking.
