The pot has a rust-resistant stainless steel finish and can hold 23 quarts of rice, meaning it is ideal for establishments needing large amounts of rice.

This Town 56920 rice warmer will not reheat soup, cold rice, water, or cold foods. Users should unplug the unit before cleaning, and this warmer cannot be immersed or soaked in cleaner or water. To loosen rice that has stuck to the surface, operators can soak the inner pan and lid, and while the body cannot be immersed, it can be wiped down with a damp cloth. Any abrasives used on the rice pan's interior might scratch the Teflon coating, so plastic tools should be used when scooping rice.
